Vice President, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Defence Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today Iran’s Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi and the accompanying delegation today at Zabeel Palace.

Sheikh Mohammed discussed with the visiting Iranian senior official, in attendance of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran and ways to enhance the culture of peace, dialogue and stability in the region for the best interest of the two countries.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Minister of State Reem Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Director of Dubai Ruler’s Court Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shebani, Commander General of Dubai Police Lt. General Dahi Khalfan Tamim and a number of officials in addition to Iran’s Ambassador to the UAE Mohammed Reza Fayyaz.
